These Terms of Use govern access to Paxon Go. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Purpose of the service

Paxon Go is a personal planning tool that helps students and families organize schoolwork. It is not an official school, district, gradebook, learning management, counseling, or emergency-notification service. Users remain responsible for confirming requirements and deadlines through official school sources.

Eligibility and family authorization

You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live, or use Paxon Go with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian accepting these terms for a minor is responsible for that minor's use of the service.

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials private, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping any grade-sync token confidential.

Acceptable use

You may not use Paxon Go to:

• break the law, violate another person's rights, or bypass school rules;
• access another person's account or data without authorization;
• upload malicious code, disrupt the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission;
• submit information you do not have the right to use; or
• misrepresent Paxon Go as an official school or district service.

User content

You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant Paxon Go the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit that information solely to operate the service and provide the features you request.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep Paxon Go available and accurate, but service may occasionally be interrupted or changed. Features may be added, revised, or removed. When practical, material changes that affect users will be communicated through the service or this website.

No academic guarantee

Priorities, reminders, imported dates, weather, and grade snapshots may be incomplete or delayed. Paxon Go does not guarantee academic outcomes or the accuracy of information from third-party or user-supplied sources.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent misuse, or maintain the service. Account holders may stop using Paxon Go and request account deletion at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Paxon Go is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that cannot be required by law. Paxon Go will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, except where law requires a different form of consent.
